Kilkenny Junior 2010 Keg Box System

Introduced to meet a demand for a high quality low cost keg storage and cooling solution, Kilkenny Cooling Systems has developed the Junior 2010 system product for smaller pubs and restaurants.

The kegbox is shipped in a flat pack and assembled by the customer in a matter of minutes, without power tools, using only an Allen key to lock the modular panels together, forming a strong, rigid sealed unit.

The kegbox is complimented by the latest, most compact Junior beer cooler yet.

The Junior 2010 system represents a rugged Irish made alternative to flimsy imports, providing the excellent quality you would expect from Kilkenny at an affordable price.

Kilkenny Beer Coolers

Kilkenny Junior Beer Cooler

The Junior Beer Cooling System is the latest addition to the range. It is designed to cater for small to medium sized bars and restaurants.

Operating Principles

The draught product is cooled to 8°C in the refrigerated beer room. It is then pumped under pressure to the beer cooler. In the beer cooler, each draught product travels through an individual product coil immersed in ice water. The length of each product coil determines the temperature of the product at the tap. This system has been proven to dramatically improve product quality and reduce spoils.

Kilkenny Arena Beer Coolers

As used in the new Landsdowne Road stadium, The O2 Arena Dublin, The Odyssey Arena, Belfast and many other large venues nationwide. For extremely high demand applications such as sports stadiums and event arenas. The Arena can chill over 2000 pints of beer per hour to as low as two degrees from a cellar/ coldroom temperature of eight degrees and is suitable for using with high volume ‘quick pour’ systems such as Exactap, as used in the O2 Arena (Europe's largest dedicated indoor music venue).

Kilkenny Integral Beer Coolers

Fully integrated chillers for high volume mobile bars.
All of the chiller models can be manufactured as an integral unit. The Kilkenny Integral features rugged stainless steel construction and comes equipped with on-board compressors, bumper bars, handles and castoring wheels. This system is ideal for high demand temporary applications such as festivals and outdoor concerts. The cooler is simply wheeled into the venue and switched on. Once an ice reserve has been built, it is ready for use.

Ice Builder Construction

• Made from food-quality 304 18-8 grade stainless steel for guaranteed resistance to corrosion.
• Sealed outer double walled cavity is pressure filled with expanded polyurethane for greater stability and superior insulation.
• Serpentine-wound coils made from refrigeration duty 20 gauge copper tube provide a large heat transfer surface for the ice bank.
• All models are fitted with an air pump / agitator. This guarantees complete agitation of the water bath and an even 'melt off' of the ice bank.
• Low-pressure air is mixed with the return water from the plate heat exchanger. This water/air mix is distributed through perforated pipes located on the bottom of the water bath.

Coldroom Construction

Insulated panels are formed from high-density (40kg/sq.m) polyurethane foam and clad in premium grade galvanised steel with a white, food safe PVC coating.
Corrosion resistant locks and receivers are included as an integral part of the panel at manufacture, giving a tight and secure fit between panels in assembly.
The panels are formed with tongue and groove edges for rigidity.

Coldstream Equine Spa

An Equine Spa, which treats soft tissue injuries and inflammation, including open wounds, damaged tendons, ligaments and sore joints.

The spa is constructed form stainless steel with ruber lined internal walls. Ramps are hydraulically assisted and feature quick release door clamps.

A high performance water pump enables the spa to be filled and emptied in less than three minutes. It has an easy to remove filter basket with a see through lid. This allows the operator to identify and remove accumulated debris from the saline water.

The air pump is equipped with a variable speed control so that the operator can choose the strength of water jet pulsation. A solarium can be fitted as an optional extra.
