Versatility
We propose 5 different lengths 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 lids and two versions: white Skinplate (AGR B) and Stainless steel (AGR A).
Resistance
All models have metallic structure with anti-corrosion protection and insulation by injected polyurethane foam.

Versatility
The 700 l models may be delivered with 1 or 2 doors and 1400 l with 2, 3 or 4 doors.
Stainless Steel or White Skinplate finish. Glass doors versions are also available, but full doors only.
Functioning
For Pastry, we offer 2 versions, positive and negative. The Gastronorm models have 3 versions: positive, negative and combi. The refrigeration system is always fan assisted excepted for the Pastry positive cabinet (see chart).
Defrost water evaporation by means of an electrical resistance.
A digital controller rules the running temperatures and defrosting cycles.
Resistance
All models have 55 mm polyurethane insulation.
The doors have magnetic seals at the four sides for a perfect close.
Levellers for height adjustments (50 mm).
Options
As standard features, we offer: 16 shelf (400*600 or 410*610) support pairs by full door and 6 pairs by half door for Pastry models. Gastronorm ones are delivered with 8 shelf support pairs and 4 GN 2/1 grid shelves by full door.
The optional accessories are:

Jordao Display Cabinets
Ikarus is an invitation that lasts all day long. The wide range of versions makes this line the ideal choice for: Bread and Confectionery for welcoming breakfasts; Gourmet and Pizza parlour for light meals and snacks; Ice-cream and Chocolates for an appetising afternoon tea at a Ieisurely pace; and a Bar for meeting friends and having lively conversations.
The range is available in seven lengths from 65 to 250 cm as well as flush or angled cash points and 45° and 90° glass corners (interior or exterior). There are ambient, chilled and heated cabinets (not in all lengths). A choice of static (1E) and fan assisted (IV) cooling are also available with or without a refrigerated storage area (IET and IVT).

Functioning
The refrigerated counter top for GN pans are available in two depths and cooling systems: natural convection 354mm deep for GN1/2 pans and fan assisted 454mm deep for GN1/1 pans.
Four different superstructures are available, but not for all versions.
Defrosting cycles and functioning temperatures run by an electronic controller.

Jordao Saladette Units
Functioning
Saladete models have ventilated refrigeration and auto condensate evaporation without extra consumption. A digital controller runs running temperatures and defrosting.
The storage compartment allows the easy placement of shelves and containers.
Rear doors have a blocking system at 90°.
Both models have levellers for height adjusting.
Resistance
All models have metallic structure with anti-corrosion protection. Exterior parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304 scotch-brite. Insulation by injected polyurethane.

Jordao Display Cabinets
Super Líder 2 was designed to meet contemporary retail food stores requirements. It is ideal for small and medium sized commercial spaces such as Butcher shops, Charcuterie, Fish-shops or Supermarkets. These modular server-over counters with chilled under storage are available as fan assisted or contact (piped deck) refrigeration. Besides the 6 standard lengths (not available for all versions), the inner and outer 45° and 90° corners, as well as support counters are also part of the range. The specialist design focuses on the display of food, thanks to its great visibility without any obstacles and is complete with perfect cooling technology.
The Super Líder 2 range is available in two models: PVC coated plate and in scotch-brite stainless steel; to be combined with 3 glass options: curved, straight or low glass (self). These are details that enable you to configure your own equipment according to your commercial purpose and to your own budget too. All modules have special lighting for meat and the front panel has decor illumination. There are as well a large range of extra accessories available: Worktop as stainless steel or natural stone; Product dividers; Paper holder; Roll-holder, Knife-holder; Stainless steel grids; Two level stepped-decks; Auto evaporation kit, Castors, Remote condensing and HACCP controller.

The range comprises solutions for the Confectionery, Bakery and Gastronomy businesses, with refrigerated, neutral, heated and an exclusive bread case.
For a better plannning of space the other includes: display desks (60 and 95 cms), linear (50 and 100 cm) or angled extensions and 45º or 90º glass external corners.
For a more comprehensive solution and in harmony with the most demanding customers wishes, the Vision display cabinets can be integrated with other ranges of Confectioner's, Bar and Gastronomy from JORDAO COOLING SYSTEMS
